One Ebrima
Ceesay was recently arraigned before Magistrate Bojang of the Kanifing
Magistrates’ Court, charged with attempting to commit a felony.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D3,000 with three Gambian sureties who must swear to an affidavit of means.
The charge sheet read in court stated that the accused, Ebrima Ceesay, on 7 January 2015 at Kololi in the Kanifing Municipality, with two others at large, attempted to commit a felony, that is, to break into one Muhammed Ceesay’s car.
The case was adjourned to 26 January 2015, for continuation.
