One Bakary Sanyang was on Tuesday, 20thOctober, 2009, arraigned before Principal Magistrate Joseph Ikpala of the Kanifing Magistrates? Court on a charge of indecent assault.
According to the charge sheet, Bakary Sanyang, sometime in the month of October 2009 at New Jeshwang unlawfully and indecently assaulted a 3-year-old girl, a charge he denied.
ASP Bojang, the Prosecuting Officer applied for a short adjournment to enable him bring his witnesses.
Meanwhile, the accused was remanded on a bail of D100, 000.
The case continues.
