According to the particulars of offence, Ousman Baldeh, on 14 November 2011, at Sanchaba Touba, had carnal knowledge of an underage girl and thereby committed an offence.

Ousman denied the charge and was remanded in custody, before the case was adjourned till 20 March 2012, for hearing.
