Omar L. Darboe, a 31-year-old man, is in need of urgent medical treatment.
According to the medical certificate issued to him by the medical board of the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital on 5 June 2014, for the purpose of examining and reporting upon the present state of health, it was mentioned that Omar is suffering from a long standing history of intermitted nasal congestion and painful left side of the face.
The ENT examination also revealed a polyp in the left maxillary sinus (62UH).
He was also diagnosed of left sinusitis, left maxillary sinus polyp.
After reviewing the patient’s medical condition, the board strongly recommends him for an overseas cadwell-Luc procedure.
The medical report was signed by Dr Carmen Pichs LLopiz, Dr Ousman Sanyang as member and Dr Lucass Jatta as member.
Assistance is therefore sought from the general public, the government, members of the private sector and NGOs, to let Omar go for the recommended treatment.
