Family sources yesterday confirmed to this paper the re-arrest of businessman Lie Joof.
Our reporter visited the family where it was confirmed that Mr. Joof was in fact re-arrested on Tuesday barely 24 hours after he was released together with Ex-Brigadier General Omar Bun Mbye.
Mr. Joof was said to have been arrested together with the former Chief of Defence Staff, Lang Tombong Tamba, Ex-DIG Modou Gaye, and Momodou Bo Badjie, former Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), among others, in November of last year.
