Both sides launched series of assaults in front of each other’s goal mouth but squandered all their limited goal-scoring opportunities ending the first half goalless.
When action resumed in the second half, Lanuja FC regrouped themselves and mounted heavy pressure on United Brothers creating numerous goal-scoring opportunities that were denied by United FC’s formidable defence line.
On the other hand, the few goal-scoring opportunities created by United Brothers could not be materialised resulting in a game of stalemate, which ended goalless.
