The much-talked about Kuba Lodge, a new lodge located in Gunjur village, Kombo South District in the West Coast Region, was finally inaugurated in grand and spectacular style in Gunjur recently.
The inauguration of the new lodge, witnessed by hundreds of people from Gunjur and its surroundings, was sparkled with a musical jamboree by the famous Gambia Kora King Jaliba Kuyateh and Kumareh Band.
The new Kuba Lodge has comfortable rooms for guests and an entertainment centre where people can stage musical shows, club meetings, conferences and other important functions.
Kuba Lodge is owned and managed by Lamin Jassey, a naïve of Gunjur, who is also a big fan of Kora King Jaliba Kuyateh and Kumareh Band.
