The African Centre for Democracy and Human Rights Studies
(ACDHRS) has announced the demise of Hon. Justice Kayode Eso a founding father
of the African Centre.
The late Hon. Justice Kayode Eso was a former Chief Justice of the Republic of Nigeria.
A founding father of the Africa Centre, he served as member of the governing council since its inception in 1989.
Furthermore, he served as a chair from 1995-2001. He was unanimously nominated as honorary chair of the centre until his demise in the United Kingdom, on 16th November 2012.
He will be laid to rest 21st December, 2012 in Ilesa, Nigeria.
A condolence book has been opened at the African Centre from 11th to 18th December 2012 (from 10am-4pm) for sympathy messages, which will be forwarded to his family in Nigeria.
