Chairman Jobarteh, with his team of panelists Cole and Njie, presided over the case.
In his judgement, he told the tribunal that after the entering of judgement for the plaintiff in the sum of D5, 000 against the defendant on 26 November 2012, the defendant never appeared to defend the remaining claim of the plaintiff.
He stated that the plaintiff proved her claim by testifying and also by calling in the evidence of PW2.
He further posited that as the defendant failed to defend the claim, the evidence led by the plaintiff therefore remained unchallenged and uncontradicted.
Judgement was entered for the plaintiff and against the defendant for the sum of D11,000 being the outstanding balance of salary arrears for eight months, D20,000 for damages, interest of 4 per cent from date of the award to date of payment of the award sums and cost of D5,000, he said.
Garba Cham stood in for the plaintiff.
