Jalangbereh FC have now collected 4 points from four encounters while Demba Kunda Kassel have bagged 2 points from three games.

Speaking to reporters shortly after the game, Bubacarr Hydara, head coach of Jalangbereh FC, said they worked very hard for the game because they wanted a win to stand a better chance of making it to the next stage of the competition.

He added that they also had test games and trained both in the morning and evening just to make sure they emerge victorious in the game against Demba Kunda Kassel.

He noted that they were so pleased about the win because it’s what they were all looking forward to.

He stated that despite beating Demba Kunda Kassel his team still needs to improve.

Sulayman Jaiteh, who stepped in for the coach, said the game was difficult for them, adding that their midfield was poor during the game.

He added that Jalangbereh FC’s substitutes made the difference for them while, on the other hand, their changes failed to make an impact in the game.

He says they may still be lucky to be among the best losers to progress to the next stage of the competition, adding that their team has just been managing since the start of the tournament but is yet to show its best.
