The
general public is hereby informed that His Excellency The President of the
Islamic Republic of The Gambia, Sheikh Professor Alhaji Dr Yahya A.J.J. Jammeh
– Babili Mansa, acting under the Provision of Sections 71(1) and 71(3) of the
Constitution of the Republic of The Gambia has appointed Mr Ismaila Sanyang, as
Minister of Agriculture, with effect from 5 January 2016, according to a press
release from the Office of the President, sent yesterday to this paper.
