International Commercial Bank recently brought a legal suit against one Amadou Bailo Barry over the restitution of D142, 758, being the outstanding balance of loan taken by the defendant, Amadou Bailo Barry.
Upon reading the claim to the defendant in court, he accepted the liability of the debt and promised to be paying on installment of three months.
According to him, he would pay D3000 for the months of November and December each and the rest to be liquidated in January 2010.
Magistrate Mbacke further ordered the defendant to pay interest of 22% per annum and cost of D500 to the plaintiff.
