Housebreaking thief arraigned

One Musa Keita was recently arraigned at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, charged with housebreaking and stealing.

According to the charge sheet read in court, count one states that Musa Keita on 16 December 2011, at Tanji Village, in Kombo South District of the West Coast Region, broke into the house of one Ebrima Sankareh with intent to commit a felony, therein to steal.

The charge sheet on count two read that on the same date and place, he stole the following: one mobile phone marked Blue Tooth valued at D1,500,  Guinean CFA 5000 (equivalent to D25) and D300, being the property of the said Ebrima Sankareh.

He admitted the charges and the case was adjourned till 20 February 2012, for the facts and judgement.
