Hannover FC sealed their place in the semifinal stage of the league competition thanks to Musa Kuyateh’s brace in 29th and 82nd minutes of their quarterfinal game played at the East Park.
Hannover FC will now face Blue Stars FC in their semifinal encounter of the league trophy to be played at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium.
Blue Stars FC advanced to the semis after beating Latrikunda United by 5 to 4 on penalty shootout in the quarterfinal game played at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium on Monday following a goalless draw on regulation time.
Earlier on Sunday, Maccassa FC beat Culture FC to set a date for their semifinal encounter against Milan FC, who secured their place in the semis of the competition following a 1-nil win over Ranger FC on Saturday.
