The Gambia Golf Association and the Fajara Club (Golf) have agreed and signed a memorandum of understanding that would help guide them in the use of the Golf Course.
The MoU will also address the technical issues that affect golf, especially in The Gambia.
According to Sulayman A Njie (Bun) Chairman of the National Sports Council, in a press release sent to Pointsport, the two parties met as a family to thrash out the differences that have been delaying progress in advancing the game of golf in The Gambia.
The Minister of Youth and Sports through the National Sports Council conducted the meeting.
The Fajara Club (Golf) and the Gambia Golf Association are ready to develop golf in the country, according to the release.
