GFF officials to attend CAF General Assembly

The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) has announce that its president, Lamin Kabba Bajo, will be accompanied by three other officials to Cairo, Egypt, on Saturday 4th April 2015 to take part in the 37th CAF Ordinary General Assembly from 5th to 8th April.

The Gambian delegation includes Bakary K Jammeh ExCO member, Alhagie Omar Sey adviser and Abass Bah general secretary.

The Gambian Football officials will be part of the continent’s football personalities for pertinent discussions aim at improving the continent’s game, while the body will also conclude on deliberations regarding CAF’s resolutions on matters regarding football, announced a GFF media release.

While in the Cairo, the Gambian officials will witness the draw for the AFCON 2017 and the announcement of host country for AFCON 2017.

The CAF assembly will avail the GFF the opportunity to create closer ties and hold discussions on the fringes of the event with counterparts across the continent, for the mutual benefit and development of Gambian football, added the release.
