Gamtel FC came from a goal down to beat Brikama United 3-2 in the 2013-2014 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) division one league game played at the Brikama Mini Stadium on Sunday, with goals from Sam Gibba and a brace from Modou Sarr.
The victory has left the telecom giants top spot on the league table with 3 points and three goals in one game, while Brikama are with zero point in one outing.
Bakau United beat the newly-promoted Wallidan FC 1-0 at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium on the same day, courtesy of striker Ebrima Camara who netted a penalty spot in the 17th minute of the game.
Wallidan finished the game with ten men after full-back Bakary Njie was sent off in the 17th minute for a back tackle on Ebrima Camara.
The Gambia Armed Forces defeated reigning league champions Steve Biko by the same score-line at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium.
Striker Emil Sambou was on target for the soldiers in the first period to earn his side the maximum points.
In the other encounters, Banjul United beat Hawks 1-0 at the Banjul Mini Stadium on Saturday.
Security outfit Interior FC defeated Samger FC by the same score-line at the Brikama Mini Stadium, while Real De Banjul beat Gambia Ports Authority 2-1at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium on the same day.
