Seedy M.B. Kinteh, president of the Gambia Football Association (GFA), accompanied by Abdou Salaam Jammeh, acting secretary general of the FA, are currently in the Gabonese capital of Libreville to attend the CAF General Assembly, Pointsport was reliably informed.
The two senior GFA officials will be among Africa’s elite football administrators to discuss among other things CAF’s activity report and audited accounts of the previous year.
Pointsport understands that the meeting will also avail the participants the unique opportunity to look to the task that lies ahead of the continental football governing body.

Two senior Gambia Football Association’s officials departed Banjul Wednesday night, 8th February 2012, for the Gabonese capital of Libreville for the CAF General Assembly.
President Seedy M.B. Kinteh accompanied by Acting-General Secretary Abdou Salaam Jammeh will be among Africa’s elite football administrators to discuss among other issues CAF’s activity report and audited accounts of the previous year and a look ahead to the task that lies ahead of the continental football governing body.
The 34th General Assembly is slated for Friday 10th February and the two Gambian officials, Kinteh and Jammeh, are as well expected to watch the AFCON finals in Libreville on Sunday 12th February before making a return to Banjul the following day.
