Gamtel host Real de Banjul in GFF 1st Division

Gamtel will rub shoulders with current league champions Real De Banjul in the week-sixteen fixtures of the 2014-2015 First-Eco Partners-sponsored Gambia Football Federation division one league today, Wednesday 22 April 2015, at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium.

The telecommunication giants are currently leading the table on goal difference and will be going for a revenge after losing to the city boys 2-1 in the first round, to keep their dreams of landing their first-ever league title.

The city boys are second in the league and will be fighting for a win against the telecommunication giants to improve their hopes of retaining their 2013-2014 Gambia Football Federation division one league title crown.

Gambia Ports Authority will welcome Brikama United at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium.

The Ferry boys and Sateyba boys are among the title contenders and will be vying for a victory against each other to boost their ambitions alive.

On Thursday 23 April 2015, Bakau United will play against Bombada at the Serrekunda West Mini Stadium. The Bakau-based outfit are currently struggling second place from bottom and will be coming all out for a win against Sateyba side to grab a win in order to move away from red zone.

Sateyba will be hoping for a win against the Bakau-based outfit to recover in the league, after losing three games in a row, to improve their position.

Banjul United will meet Hawks at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium. The capital city boys are among the title contenders and are expecting to bounce back against Red Devils to fancy their title hopes alive.

The Red Devils are mid-table and will be looking for a win against the capital city boys in order to improve their position in the league.

Gambia Armed Forces will clash with Interior in the all-Security derby at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium. The soldiers are hoping to recover in the league against the police after losing to bottom-place Serrekunda United at the weekend.

Elsewhere, Wallidan will face Serrekunda United at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.

The blue boys are mid-table and will be aiming for a victory against the Serrekunda-based outfit to improve their position in the league.

The Serrekunda-based outfit are languishing at the bottom in the league hence hope to fight tooth and nail for a win against blue boys to improve their hopes of staying in the topflight next season.
