Reigning FA Cup champions Gamtel will rub shoulders with Seaview in the 2013 GFF FA Cup final after both teams won their semi-final ties on Wednesday.
Gamtel sailed to the final after thrashing second tier side Serrekunda United 3-0 in their semi-final tie played at the Brikama Mini Stadium, with goals from Assan Ceesay (brace) and Foday Trawally in the 25th, 39th and 65th minutes of the game to secure a place in the final for the fourth consecutive time.
Seaview booked their ticket to the final following their 2-1 victory over Young Africans in the other semi-final played at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium on the same day.
Right-back Abdou Ceesay and midfielder Samsidine Badjie were on target for Seaview in the 12th and 36th minutes of the game respectively to advance to the final for the first time in their history.
