Search for Soccer Stars recently scouted 43 players in Mayamba Medina Kanuma
and Farafenni in the North Bank Region.
The
two-day scouting process brought together players from Mayamba Medina Kanuma
and Farafenni.
Speaking
at the scouting process, Alhagie Munir Nyang, Alkalo of Medina Kanuma village,
said he was surprised to witness G-Tech conduct scouting process in the area,
adding that such an act had not taken place in the area in the eighteen years.
Nyang
said he was “really impressed” with the talents he saw during the scouting
process.
Head
of sport in Mayamba Medina Kanuma, Ebou Loum, said “the area is blessed with
raw talents” and urged the football authorities to decentralise football in the
country.
For
their part, G-Tech Search for Soccer Stars thanked Coca Cola and urged the
private sector, donors and the general public to come to their aid in order to
attain their dreams and aspirations during the scouting process.
