May 27, 2013, 10:19 AM 1 min read Updated Aug 21, 2020
The murder case involving former officers of the National Drug Enforcement Agency (NDEA), namely Edrissa Jarju and Edrissa Jaiteh, was recently adjourned before Justice Emmanuel Nkea of the Special Criminal Court.

It was adjourned on the grounds that one of the defence counsel was absent from court.

The case was then adjourned till 6 June 2013, for the 2nd accused to open his defence.

It could be recalled that the accused persons were alleged to have murdered one Alpha Omar Jobe in Manjai Kunda some time in 2011, a charge they have since denied.
