Ebrima Jawara resigns as GNOC Culture and Education Commission member

Ebrima Jawara, president of the Gambia Golf Association (GGA), has with effect from Saturday 21 September 2013 resigned as a member of the Gambia National Olympic Committee (GNOC) Culture and Education Commission, Pointsports has learned.

According to an e-mail sent to Peter Prom, Secretary General of the GNOC, and copied to Pointsports Desk, Mr Jawara stated: “I hereby resign as a member of the GNOC Culture and Education Commission today 21 September 2013.”

Ebrima Jawara did not advance any reason(s) for his resignation as of press time.
