A man on Monday 2nd November 2009 pleaded not guilty to a charge of rash and negligent act before Magistrate Effim of the Brikama Magistrates' Court.
Ansumana Marong was on 6th September 2009, at Yundum Airport drove a motor vehicle with registration number BJL 1099C in a rash and negligent manner, thereby caused the death of one Alieu Yaffa.
Meanwhile, the accused was granted court bail in the sum of D50, 000 with a Gambian surety.
The case was adjourned to 30th November 2009.
