According
to official sources, Mr Dawda Fadera, who was permanent secretary at the
Personnel Management Office until Friday, was yesterday appointed as Secretary
General and head of the civil service.
Fadera’s
appointment took effect Thursday 9 February.
Fadera
worked in the service for more than three decades. He has a wealth of
experience.
