The Kanifing Magistrates' Court presided over by Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbacke had ordered one Baba Drammeh to pay the sum of D112,000 to the plaintiff, Modou Sowe, and cost of D500 within 14 days.
The plaintiff Modou Sowe was claiming from the defendant Baba Drammeh the sum of D125,000 being the cost of bags of cement the plaintiff supplied to the defendant.
In handing down his judgement Magistrate Mbacke stated that the witnesses had convinced the court that the plaintiff gave 500 bags of cement to the defendant which he (the defendant) failed to pay.
