One Ebrima Bah was last Tuesday arraigned at the Brikama Magistrates' Court for conspiracy and stealing.
According to the particulars of offence, on count one, sometime in the month of September 2009, at
On count two, the offence revealed that, in the same month, the accused jointly stole a cow, valued at D9, 000, being the property of one Alkali Bah.
The accused denied the charges preferred against him.
Meanwhile, the accused was remanded in custody until the next adjourned date.
The case was then differed to 9th October, 2009.
