As part of efforts to successfully run their activities, the Brikama Youth and Sports Committee will stage a 3-day massive fund-raising programme, starting on Saturday 10th April 2010 at the famous Joko Night Club in Brikama.
Being one of the biggest sporting zones in the country with numerous successes in the area of sports development, the Western Region outfit is not resting on their laurel in their bid to contribute immensely in the promotion and development of sports in their area and the country at large.
It is against this background that the committee under the inspirational leadership of the newly elected 2nd Vice-President of GFA, Lamin King Colley is coming up with fund-raising programme with their honorary Brikama citizen, the famous Assan Njie Ngewel of Senegal.
Day-two of the activity will also witness another big programme when dance takes centrestage at West Field Joko. This is expected to be followed by another show, which is scheduled to take place at the Brikama Box Bar Mini-stadium on Monday 12th April 2010, to wrap-up the programme.
