Gacem FC will rub shoulders with Soccer FC in the 2012 Brikama League final billed for 22 January 2012 at the Brikama Box Bar Mini-stadium at 4.30pm.
Gacem FC and Soccer FC are the two best teams in 2011-2012 Brikama Nawetan season that eliminated the so-called big guns in their way to the Brikama Nawettan league final.
The league final was described by many football lovers in Brikama and its environs as a mouthwatering clash and the final also expected to attract spectators and high-level dignitaries from the country’s governing body.
Gacem advanced to the final following their hard-fought 1-0 win over Chimo United in the semifinal, while Soccer FC sailed to the final after beating Yarambamba Football Academy of Yumdum Village 2-0 in the semifinal.
