The Brikama Dasilami Mosque Committee has embarked on a mosque construction exercise in the village but lacks the required resources.
As a result, they are seeking financial support from the government, the private sector and NGOs, as well as individuals, to come their aid so they can successfully complete the construction of the mosque.
In an interview with this reporter yesterday at The Point offices in Fajara, a member of the Brikama Dasilami Mosque Committee, Sankung Minteh, said his committee is unable to complete the construction of the mosque due to financial constraints.
Minteh seized the opportunity to appeal to the general public to come to their aid to enable them complete the construction.
