A leading Maryland USA-based Business Technology and Software Consulting Company that started operations in The Gambia in 2010 has signed a five-year partnership and exclusive representation agreement with three companies in Saudi Arabia and India.
BizDataSoft Solutions (LLC) signed the partnership and agreement on 30 August in Jedda with Saudi Arabia-based companies Bajrai International Trade and Saleh Bashraheel Establishment for Trading as well as with Huda International & Hudatech Computer Solutions in India.
Speaking to The Point yesterday, Famara Sawaneh, President, CTO and Founder of BizDataSoft Solutions (LLC), who was in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia from 17th August 2010 to 5 September 2010 for the signing agreement, said his company serves as "the principal partner of the partnership and exclusive representation agreement."
He added that his company seeks the services of the three companies to serve as representatives for his company's products and services/solutions as well as to assist the company in doing business in Saudi Arabia, India and UAE.
Added Mr. Sawaneh: "According to the agreement, the representative companies, with their extensive knowledge of business opportunities, laws, governmental regulations and procurement practices, will represent the products and services or solutions of BizDataSoft Solutions (LLC) in Saudi, India and UAE."
During Mr. Sawaneh's visit to Jedda, BizDataSoft Solutions (Principal) and Bajrai International Trade (Representatives' Leader) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 4th September 2010.
According to the MOU, Bajrai International Trade, with its necessary contacts, experience and set-up, will act as an agent for BizDataSoft Solutions in securing Information Technology (IT) projects in other parts of the Middle East, North, East and West Africa.
Mr. Sawaneh said the partnership agreement would create substantial opportunities for both BizDataSoft Solutions and the USA, where his company is headquartered, The Gambia and its people, Saudi Arabia, the entire Middle East, and India, "because it will provide economic development and empowerment, including creation of jobs and high-tech skills transfer, in all the countries and regions" where his company will conduct business operations.
He also thanked Mr. Khalid M. Bajrai, President of Bajrai International Trade, Mr. Zakir Hussein, Business Manager, and other officials of Bajrai International Trade; Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the partnership.
