Bundung Bantaba FC on Saturday defeated Breakers FC 2-1 in the opening game of the Serrekunda Central Youth and Sports Committee Nawetaan at the Serrekunda Central football field, also known as 'Mboyo' field, in Bakoteh.
Francis Gomez scored both goals for Bundung Bantaba FC in the 39th second and 8th minute of play while Ousman Jobe scored Breakers FC consolation goal in the 62nd minute of the game.
Elsewhere, on Saturday 25 September 2010, Mbulum FC defeated Kerr Wally by 2-1 in the senior category of the Ndofan Sports Committee Nawetaan sponsored by Kora Sarr and named after Kebba Sarr.
The game was played at the Biri-Biri Football Field in Ndofan village, Lower Niumi District, North Bank Region.
