On Sunday January 3rd 2010, the Banjul Sports Committee will hold its congress at the Banjul City Council Hall after four years.
The congress will elect the positions of President, 1st Vice-President, 2nd Vice-President, Secretary-General, Assistant Secretary-General, Treasurer, Asst. Treasurer, Public Relations Officer and 2 female representatives.
According to Ebou Faye, Secretary-General of the committee, the agenda for the congress will look into the following: verification of the delegates/roll call, the Secretary-General's report, the Treasurer's report; adoption of the new constitution of the Executive Committee and elections of the Executive Committee
Teams are expected to send two (2) delegates with voting rights.
