A special envoy of President Eduardo Dos Santos of the Republic Angola yesterday met President Yahya Jammeh at State House in
Rui Jorge Carneiro Mangueira, Angolan Secretary of State of External Relations Ministry told waiting journalists after a close-door meeting with the Gambian leader that he led a delegation as a special envoy of President Dos Santos in his capacity as President of the Southern African Development Community (SADC).
According to him, they delivered a special message to President Jammeh, with whom, he added, they discussed issues regarding The Gambia and Angola after Jammeh’s recent visit to Angola.
