Alleged thief arraigned

A young man called Yusupha Camara was recently arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates' Court before Magistrate Lamin George charged with stealing, a charge he denied.

According to charge sheet, on 4 September 2010 at Tabokoto in the Kanifing Municipality, the accused, Yusupha Camara, stole the following items: one Honda spare part, one Mercedes Benz engine, one generator part and two engine blocks, all valued at D41,000, being the property of one Musa Badjie.

The case, in which the IGP was represented by corporal 1883 Bojang, was adjourned till 8 November 2010.
