The Bundung Magistrates' Court on 7thDecember 2009 ordered the transfer of a robbery case, filed against one Foday Suwareh to the Special Criminal Court of the High Court.
Magistrate Lamin George remanded the accused, Foday Suwareh who pleaded not guilty to the charge, pending the transfer of the case
According to the particulars of offence, on 25thOctober 2009, at the Tourism Development Area, the accused Foday Suwareh allegedly robbed one Jayne Boorman of her 'digital camera'.
