When the case was announced the court informed the accused persons that their lawyer was absent from court, as he was reportedly sick.
The case at that juncture was adjourned till later date.
According to the charge sheet, in 2010, the accused persons, Omar Jammeh and Burama Jammeh conspired to murder one Fatou Badjie, burning her to death.
