The criminal case of impersonation involving one Ousman Njie, on 19 May 2011 failed to proceed before Magistrate F.L. Drammeh of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court.
When the case was called, the prosecuting officer, CPL 3560 Colley, told the court that the defence counsel was not in court, adding that his witness, an NDEA officer, was in court but was later called.
