Justice Emmanuel Nkea of the Special Criminal Court recently adjourned the alleged theft case involving one Muhammed Mucktarr, a Mauritanian national and a former employee of Gamfood.
When the case was called, both parties announced their respective representation.
The case was then adjourned till 19 December 2013, for continuation of the prosecution’s case.
