Two men: Samba Sowe and Alieu Gibba were recently arraigned before Magistrate Effim of the Brikama Magistrates' Court, charged with conspiracy to commit a felony and cattle theft.
On count one, the alleged offence revealed that, on 16th March 2010 at
Count two reads on the same month and place, the accused persons stole one bull, valued at D10, 000 and a cow valued at D7, 000, being the property of one Sherriff Sowe.
Meanwhile, the accused persons who both pleaded not guilty to the charge were granted a court bail in the sum of D25, 000 each with one Gambian surety.
The case was adjourned to 5th April 2010.
