Magistrate Lamin George of the Bundung Magistrates' Court on 9 February 2010 cautioned and discharged one Nfally Manneh for attempting to commit an offence.
According to the particulars of the offence, on 11 February 2010, at Bijilo in the Kombo North district, the accused entered the premises of one Momodou Joof with intent to commit an offence.
The accused who admitted the facts of the case begged the court to temper justice with mercy, stating that he was remorseful of the act.
He also begged the court to exercise mercy on him as a first time offender.
