Ukeku Okwanuwa, Benjamen George and Fatou Sarr, will soon know their fate when their case comes on the next adjourned date.
The trio were charged with abducting a Moroccan national at Brusubi.
Magistrate B.O. Jobe of the Bundung Magistrates' Court, in his judgement told the court that the prosecution in support of their case called in ten witnesses. He stated that the prosecution witnesses' evidences collaborate each other, adding that the evidence adduced by the prosecution witnesses supported the charge and therefore linked the accused persons to the offence.
He told the accused persons that the court found them guilty of the offence as charged.
The case was adjourned to 6th July for sentence.
