Magistrate B.O. Jobe of the Bundung Magistrates' Court, in his judgement told the court that the prosecution in support of their case called in ten witnesses. He stated that the prosecution witnesses' evidences collaborate each other, adding that the evidence adduced by the prosecution witnesses supported the charge and therefore linked the accused persons to the offence.
