Ebrima Bah and Lamin Kejire were recently arraigned at the Brikama Magistrates' Court, charged with stealing.
According to the particulars of offence, on 6th April 2010, at Brikama Town, Western Region, the accused persons jointly stole from a motor vehicle with a registration number BJL 7461F, one car tape valued at D600, being the property of one Lamin Fadera.
Meanwhile, the 1st accused, Mr. Ebrima Bah pleaded guilty to the charge, while the 2nd accused, Lamin Kijire denied the allegation.
The case that was presided over by Magistrate Mboge was adjourned to a later date.
