Amie Sidibeh and Ebrima Comma were recently arraigned at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, charged with conspiracy to commit misdemeanor and impersonating a person’s name in a certificate.
The charge sheet on count one stated that the two accused persons, Amie Sidibeh and Ebrima Comma, on 11 January 2012, at the Banjul International Airport, conspired together to help Ebrima to travel to Germany with Bakary Fofana’s passport number PC 08AC88136, bearing the name of Bakary Fofana.
Count two stated that Ebrima Comma on the same date and at the same place, presented a French passport number PC 08AC88136, bearing the name of Bakary Fofana to the profiling officer of Kondo Airline with intent to travel to
Meanwhile, they were granted court bail of D100, 000 with a Gambian surety for each.
The case was adjourned till 30 January 2012.
