190, 000 CFA theft case involving one Momodou Salieu Bah was on 8th February 2010, mentioned before Magistrate Abdoulie Mbacke of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court.
According to the particulars of offence, in the month of December 2009, in the Kanifing Municipality, the accused stole an amount of 190,000 CFA, equivalent to D11, 210, being the property of First Choice Garden Centre.
Meanwhile, the accused who pleaded not guilty was granted a court bail in the sum of D11, 000.
