New Release alert: Patcha Black’s song making waves in Gambia

Patcha Black, a Jamaican Reggae Dancehall artist based in Canada has released a new song called ‘A Mi Santa’ available on all digital platforms worldwide.

The song dedicated to Christmas fiesta is a promotional single expected to be part of his upcoming EP. Speaking to The Point, Patcha is optimistic that the world will look out for him in 2024 after his song made it the most-played song in Africa.

He explains further that the conscious and upliftment messages in his music have attracted DJs in the Gambia, especially Q-Radio, DJ Mutabaruka, Gambia African Light Sound, and the Original Gambian Sound Selecta who have been endorsing Patcha Black’s songs for the past years.

He added that his singles have been played in Dakar by DJ Roun, Guinea Bissau by DJ Boka and in Southern Senegal by DJ Wills of Yiriwa FM Radio for the past years.

He continued that DJ Fabulous of West Coast Radio has also been playing hissongs while emphasizing that DJ Man Demm of King FM Radio also joined the scores to endorse his songs. For six months, he noted that DJ King Passi of Paradise FM Radio has also been playing his songs for the past year.

Patcha also expressed gratitude to DJ Ansu B of Wandifa FM Radio in Cassamance while reiterating that Patcha Black’s music is making waves in Africa, described as one of the biggest in Africa. He commended Smoke Shop Studio and Ijel Big Artist.
