The Coastal Town biggest football arena contraction project was supposed to take six months to complete as promised by the GFF, six years on, a metal fence and a grass, is all what the country’s football governing body can show after a whopping D12 million was spent on the said project.
Youths of the coastal settlement on Sunday 31st March 2024 mobilised a massive cleaning exercise in show of defiance to the GFF for not fulfilling their promise to this footballing community will not deter the youths in ensuring that GFF fulfils its commitment and responsibility to the Gunjur Mini Stadium Project.
