Wallidan intensify Saudi  pre-season preparations

Gambia’s record champions Wallidan Football Club intensified their pre-season camp in Saudi Arabia. After yesterday’s training sessions, they watched Saudi Arabia Premier League match where Al Ahli defeated Al Batin 1-0.

 

 

The Blues arrived in Saudi at the beginning of this week for a two-week training camp. 

The team is currently in Jeddah where they will be based for the duration of their stay.

The delegation consists of 30 players and 10 officials, including Club President Alieu Baye Ceesay and General Secretary/CEO of The Gambia Football Federation Lamin M. Jassey.

The record Gambian champions are preparing for this season’s domestic first division league campaign. 

Following a strong second half in 2021, Foday Bah’s charges will fancy their chances of reclaiming the crown they are so accustomed to winning until their recent struggles.
