The Brikama based-team slipped lost to AS Bolonta 2-0 in their opning match played at the Independence Staduim in Bakau on Tuesday.
"Most of our players were suffering from malaria before our match against AS Bolonta," Saine explained.
Saine revealed that some of his players did not rest very well, more especially in the last three days.
He further revealed that accommodation was very poor, adding that they were moving from one place to another.
"We came back before we settled, we conceded a goal dashed the moral of the players. Looking at the game, my girls played well but missed all their chances," Saine said.
Saine added that they would go back to their training ground and prepare for their next match.
