Late Njuga FC and Magtab Warriors FC performed extremely well and created several goal scoring opportunities but either side fail to capitalise on their chances thus the first half ended goalless.
Late Njuga opened the scores through Substitute Mustapha Camara in the second half after capitalizing from a free kick.
Magtab Warriors FC responded back for an equaliser but were unable to unlock Late Njuga FC's formidable defence line thus the match ended 1-0 in favour of Late Njuga FC.
As champions, Late Njuga received a trophy, goal medals and cash prize of D30,000 while Magtab Warriors received silver medals and D25,000 as runners-up.
The Man of Match award went to Mustapha Camara of Late Njuga FC.
Camara received D5000 Burr fashion and a football boots Apple Gambia.
Speaking to journalists shortly after the match, head coach of Late Njuga FC, Lamin Sanneh alias Mino, stated that his boys failed to deliver to expectation in the first half.
Sanneh stated that the second half substitution brought their lone goal.
Assistant Coach of Magtab Warriors FC, Lamin Touray, revealed that his boys played extremely well and created goal scoring chances but were unable to score.
Touray further revealed that Magtab Warriors FC were not luck to score.
